The Customer Trakking modules for Caliburn can provide a full history of every contact, action and service, requested by, or provided to a customer or prospective customer. Customer Trakker is extremely flexible providing the facility to define customer types e.g. trade, retail, commercial, architect, specifiers, etc. and to further define much of the information to be held against each customer type. We can then define an unlimited number of actions and action types.
(As with all other areas of Caliburn, reports can be modified or created to provide any layouts you require from invoice to analysis, from commission statement to service report).
